The Federal Department of Labor has approved the following items to bid upon and purchased for the Kamiah High School pre-engineering program.
The Kamiah Joint School District No. 304 welcomes all bidders to submit bids to complete the projects as outlined in this request for proposals (RFP) for

The Kamiah School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. The District may also negotiate only a portion of the bid due to funding or other restrictions identified prior to provision of the service.
Expenses incurred by the vendor in developing responses to the RFP are entirely the responsibility of the vendor and may not be charged to the Kamiah Joint School District, either as a separate charge or as part of the services provided.
Proposals must include the following information:
1. A description, in detail, of all services or products, including the make, model and part number of any components. All components must equal or be comparable to the specifications listed.
2. A description of all available warranties on all bid products or services. Network equipment must have a minimum one year parts and labor warranty with advance replacement in case of failure. When required, on-site services must be provided within one business day.
3. Bidders with whom the District does not have an ongoing relationship must submit as references school districts or other public agencies to whom the bidder has provided services during the past 2 or more years. Contact information for each reference should include the name of the agency, name, title and phone number of contact, and dates and brief description of services.
All services or purchases are to begin as soon as contract is signed and to be delivered by August 30, 2010.
